If you’re suddenly having problems viewing your magazines in the T4B app on your Android device, you may need to reactivate your device. This often happens after an app update, an OS update or getting a new device.

First, make sure you have push notifications turned on, then please send through your device token. Here’s how:
1. Open the app.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Contact Us Here.
4. Send the email, with a brief line so I know it is in reference to you.

That should solve the problem! If not, send us an email.
