The first thing to try is downloading a new version of the magazine issue you are having a problem with. Here is how to do that:
- When you are in The 4 Blades Magazine app, on the screen where you can see all of the cover images, tap the little white ‘i’ in the bottom right corner of the issue cover you are having problems with.
- Tap ‘Delete’.
- Tap ‘Download’.
The issue may take a minute to download, so wait until it’s finished and then try to open it up.
This freshly downloaded copy of the issue should fix the problem. If not, contact us.
